They are conveniently located and are of a good size —scheduling is not a problem: the business runs very smoothly from the customer’s perspective. The people who helped me, Diane and Joe, are very personable, super-nice people who know exactly how to and do stream-line what could be an ordeal. The estimate was done quickly, and they communicated directly w the insurance company and with car rentals. I didn’t meet the people who repaired my car, but they attended to business bc my car looks great. When you walk into Combs, you can let out a sigh of relief bc they expertly and effortlessly take over what was for you an annoyance with some weight. Repair, coordination with insurance and rentals are not problematic; for Combs, it’s a “No worries, we got this for you.” Thank you, nice people at Combs Collision."
